Terms of Service

Last updated 26 August 2026.

1.Agreement

These terms form a binding agreement between Global Affinity Media Plus Ltd, a company trading as "NGO Nexus" ("we", "us"), and the organization that creates a workspace ("you"). You are contracting with Global Affinity Media Plus Ltd. By creating an account, inviting colleagues or using any module, you accept these terms on behalf of your organization.

2.Accounts and workspaces

Each organization gets an isolated workspace. You are responsible for the accuracy of the account details you provide, for keeping credentials confidential, and for all activity that happens under accounts you invite. Roles determine what each member can see and do — assign them carefully, particularly the owner and admin roles.

You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind your organization. Accounts may not be shared between individuals.

3.Subscriptions, payment and Merchant of Record

Access to modules depends on your subscription package (Starter, Standard, Professional or Enterprise). Fees are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout. Upgrading takes effect immediately; downgrading takes effect at the next renewal and may remove access to modules and the data views they provide.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's refund policy. We additionally offer a 30-day money-back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

4.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content;
  • attempt to access another organization's workspace or bypass access controls;
  • probe, scan or load-test the service without written permission;
  • resell or white-label the service without an agreement with us; or
  • use the service to process personal data you have no lawful basis to hold.

5.Your data

You own the data you put into NGO Nexus. We process it only to provide and support the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum. We do not sell it, and we do not use beneficiary, HR or payroll records to train models.

You may export your data at any time while your subscription is active. After termination we retain your workspace for 30 days so you can export, then delete it.

6.Availability and support

We aim for 99.5% monthly availability excluding planned maintenance, which we announce in advance where practical. Enterprise agreements may include a separate service level commitment. Support is available by email at support@ngonexus.app.

7.Suspension and termination

We may suspend a workspace for non-payment, a credible security risk, or a serious breach of these terms. Where possible we notify the owner and admins first and give a chance to fix the issue. You may cancel at any time from Billing; cancellation stops future renewals, and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms.

8.Liability

The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost funding, lost data you did not export, or lost profits.

9.Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in-app and by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Questions go to support@ngonexus.app.
