NGO Nexus is operated by Global Affinity Media Plus Ltd. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date, for any reason. This applies to first-time subscription purchases and to renewals within the same 30-day window.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds and returns. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address used at checkout or the order reference from your invoice, or email us at support@ngonexus.app and we will raise the request with Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Processing typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Applicable taxes collected by Paddle are refunded together with the fee.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your workspace. Cancellation stops future renewals and your workspace stays active until the end of the paid period. Cancelling is separate from requesting a refund — if you also want money back, follow the steps above within the 30-day window.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or withdrawal rights you have under applicable consumer law, or under Paddle's refund policy and Buyer Terms.
