Software that respects the mission
NGOs run some of the hardest logistics on earth with spreadsheets, sticky notes and legacy tools. We're changing that.
NGO Nexus is a multi-tenant cloud ERP designed specifically for NGOs, CBOs, foundations and humanitarian agencies. Every organization gets its own secure workspace with the modules it needs — HR, finance, projects, M&E, beneficiaries — sharing a single audit trail and permission model.
Our team has worked in the sector. We've watched programs stall because the finance team couldn't reconcile a donor report, or because attendance was tracked on paper in three languages across four countries. NGO Nexus exists to make those problems go away.
We're API-first, mobile-friendly, and built to work in low-bandwidth environments. Your data is yours: exportable at any time, isolated per tenant, encrypted at rest.
Vision & Mission Statement
Where we are headed and why we get up every morning to build.
Our Vision
A world where every social-impact organization has the tools to focus on people, not paperwork. We want to see teams spend less time wrestling with systems and more time serving the communities they exist for.
Our Mission
To build accessible, secure, and integrated cloud ERP software that helps NGOs deliver more impact with less overhead. We make operations simpler, data more trustworthy, and growth more affordable.
Core Values
The principles that shape how we design, build, and work with our partners.
Mission first
Every feature starts with one question: does this help teams do more good?
Integrity
Trust is earned through transparency, auditability, and honest communication.
Inclusion
We design for diverse teams, languages, roles, and connectivity levels.
Collaboration
The best software is built with the sector, not just for it.
Sustainability
We favor long-term maintainability over flashy features that won't last.
Our Philosophy
Practical beliefs that guide every decision we make.
We believe technology should serve the people on the ground, not the other way around. That means listening before building, designing for real constraints, and never locking organizations into their own data.
Our philosophy is grounded in partnership. We work alongside NGOs, local teams, and technical partners to make sure our tools are culturally appropriate, legally sound, and genuinely useful.
We ship only what is ethical, secure, and maintainable. Open architecture, data ownership, and respect for local context are non-negotiable — because software that undermines trust is software that undermines impact.
Organizational Timeline
Key milestones that shaped NGO Nexus.
The spark
Years of field work made it clear: the sector needed software built with, not imposed on, the people using it.
First prototype
We partnered with three NGOs to design an HR and finance module that could run offline in low-bandwidth clinics.
Field pilots
Pilots rolled out in East Africa and South Asia. Real feedback rewrote the product, from permission models to payroll.
Multi-tenant architecture
A secure, tenant-isolated cloud platform was built so every organization could share infrastructure without sharing data.
NGO Nexus launch
The platform opened publicly with HR, finance, projects, M&E and beneficiary modules on a single ERP foundation.
Scaling impact
Today we support NGOs in over 30 countries, with a roadmap shaped by the communities we serve.
